A brief explanation of what each service is for.

Wordpress & Plugin Updates

Wordpress is based off plugins in order for your site to look the way it does. These plugins are created by 3rd parties. Often times they need updates in order to run correctly.

If your site is down, chances are, one of your plugins is causing this and needs to be either removed, or updated. This is a very important process which is why it's included in a Basic package for Web maintenance.

Website Backups

Some Hosting sites like GoDaddy, Networksol, etc. Will often charge you for this. If you decide not to go with a backup through them, this is a much more economical way of going about this.

Manual backups will be done and kept in the case your site is hacked, or down. There are 3 different types of backups that will manually done for such situations.

Website Content Edits

Let's say you have information on your website that expired, or is just old and needs to be updated from time to time.

This service is just for that, editing any data that you need updated by just an email, text, or call away.

Website Content Additions

This is great if you have NEW content you would like to update the website with.

This is if you need Gallery images, new photos, an announcement, and etc.

Graphic Design Package

This Graphic Design package is ideal for businesses that need some form of advertising, whether you need flyers to help promote their business from time to time...

or just want your logo in a flashy banner to use on your social media platforms. The list could be endless actually; business cards, trifold pamphlets, social media cover images, and so on.

Sync Social Content to Website

If you are good about posting on social media and would like to also to have it posted on your website then this is the service for you!

I will sync your social media content to your website so it stays fresh!

Malware Scan / Check

This is another service that most hosting providers will offer you, but at a much higher price. Each week a scan and checkup will be done to make sure your up to date and...

that any security breaches that may be present don't affect your website, but If they do; paired with the Website Backup service, if your site does get infected these backups will help restore any damage that may have been done.

Tech Support

Prompt response support on your website in case it goes down, or something isn't working right.

This includes if you need an update right away, or if you need a graphic sent to you promptly.
